Prerequisites:

Laptop running Windows XP or better. To save classroom time, prior to attending, we will setup a cloud server and client software on your laptop the week before. Temporary cloud servers provided, but bring a valid credit card to register your own long term one. Dual-boot Linux laptop okay but you will not be able to run server or clients simultaneously.   Intermediate to advanced working knowledge of computer system administration and/or software engineering.  Basic Linux installation topics such as rpm, deb, yum, apt-get.  Basic topics will be covered only briefly and remotely the week before the in person event. Intermediate to advanced keyboard skills are a must.
